Princess Promenade: Robert KC6UDS - It was nice to have Sac Metro CERT trailer to operate net control. There were a few operational issues, but it all worked out ok. Rick N6KLB - Had a CERT medical team which was something new. Was stationed under power lines, so couldn't put up antenna as high as he'd like. Robert KC6UDS - There must be a better repeater. CERT people may have ideas about this. Gary WA6TQJ - Brought pictures. 20 hams, 8 of them on bike. Steve KC6HAM - At meeting with the Yolo Fire Chief's group, it was mentioned that a recent bike ride was a safety problem due to getting permit for ~200 riders but had > 1000 riders. This could possibly go to the County Supervisors and have an effect on how permits are issued. Dave KC6YFG - Foxy's coming up. Lunch in Winters for 50k and 100k, Lake Solono is just a rest stop w/o food. 6 radio sags, some no radio sags. Hope for good weather.
