Ben WA6NIK gave a treasurer's report of $3270.91 + deposit of ~$500 not on statement yet. Robert KC6UDS reminded that Princess Promenade is October 4, Foxy's Fall Century is October 17. Bill K6KN announced the Boy Scout March on October 24, need radio ops 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Gary WA6TQJ updated on UCD happenings. Old GE repeater going back to SARC. New repeater to be installed on Chem Annex, low power. No response from co-channel repeater owner. Planning to have a traffic handling class. Robert KC6UDS reported on the Tevis horse ride, 100 miles, Squaw Valley to Auburn, 169 started, 88 finished. Rick N6KLB will demo Winlink next month. Ron W6KJ had some ARRL repeater directories to give away. Names were drawn from a can and the winners were Rob N6KIX, Gary WA6TQJ, Bob K6HEW, and Rick N6KLB.
